Common use of Nonexclusive Right Clause in Contracts

Nonexclusive Right. The RCD’s right of access to the Property is not exclusive. Owner/Manager, its employees and invitees shall each have the right to use the Property for all purposes as are permitted by federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, codes, regulations and rules, or as determined by Owner/Manager, so long as such use does not interfere with the RCD’s rights hereunder.
