Common use of Noninterference in Band Affairs Clause in Contracts

Noninterference in Band Affairs. Manager and Lakes each agrees not to interfere in or attempt to wrongfully influence the internal affairs or government decisions of the Band government by offering cash incentives, by making written or oral threats to the personal or financial status of any person, or by any other action, except for actions in the normal course of business of Manager that relate to the Enterprise.
