Noninterference with Relationships. Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he will not, during the Restricted Period, without the prior written consent of the Company, directly or indirectly interfere with or lessen, or attempt to interfere with or lessen, any of the Company's contractual or business relationships with the Company's customers, suppliers, vendors, contractors, consultants, employees, officers, or directors.
