Nonliability of Agents and Employees. No commissioner, officer, agent, director, or other employee of the Port or Airline shall be charged personally or held contractually liable by or to the other party under the terms or provisions of this Agreement or because of any breach thereof or because of its execution or attempted execution, except for breach of Section 36.8.
