Nonmonetary Default. If any other Nonmonetary Default occurs and Lessee does not cure it within sixty (60) days after Notice from Lessor describing it in reasonable detail, or, in the case of a Nonmonetary Default that cannot, with due diligence, be cured within sixty (60) days from such Notice, if Lessee shall not (a) within sixty (60) days from Lessor’s Notice advise Lessor of Lessee’s intention to take all reasonable steps to cure such Nonmonetary Default; (b) duly commence such cure within such period, and then diligently prosecute such cure to completion; and (c) complete such cure within a reasonable time under the circumstances (not necessarily limited to sixty (60) days).
