WMC has not instituted against, or joined any other Person in instituting against, the Purchaser any bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, insolvency or liquidation proceeding, or other proceeding under any federal or state bankruptcy or similar law, for one year and a day after the related Closing Date. SCHEDULE V Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WM3 Representations and Warranties of the Depositor as to the Mortgage Loans The Depositor hereby makes the following representation and warranty to the Trustee as of the Closing Date: (a) No Mortgage Loan is a Mortgage Loan categorized as "High Cost" or "Covered" pursuant to Appendix E of Standard & Poor's Glossary. No Mortgage Loan originated on or after October 1, 2002 through March 6, 2003 is governed by the Georgia Fair Lending Act.
