Nonrecurring Charges. DTI shall be responsible for the payment of all nonrecurring charges ("NRCs") applicable to resold Services (e.g., installation, changes, ordering charges) in accordance with the appropriate tariff. No discount applies to nonrecurring charges.

Nonrecurring Charges.
