Common use of Nonsolicitation of Customers Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Customers. The Executive agrees that during the Restriction Period, the Executive will not, either directly or through others, solicit, divert or appropriate, or attempt to solicit, divert or appropriate, any customer of the Company or an Affiliate for the purpose of providing such customer with services or products competitive with those offered by the Company or an Affiliate during the Executive’s employment with the Company or an Affiliate.

Nonsolicitation of Customers. The Executive agrees that during the Restriction Period, the Executive will not, either directly or through others, solicit, divert or appropriate, or attempt to solicit, divert or appropriate, any customer or actively sought prospective customer of the Company or an Affiliate for the purpose of providing such customer or actively sought prospective customer with services or products competitive with those offered by the Company or an Affiliate during the Executive’s employment with the Company or an Affiliate.

Nonsolicitation of Customers. The Executive agrees that during the Restriction Period, the Executive will not, either within the ---------------------------- Territory and during the Restricted Period, solicit or seek to solicit on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person, firm or corporation that engages, directly or through othersindirectly, solicitin the development, divert or appropriateoperation, management, leasing, construction, or attempt to solicit, divert landscaping of an Industrial or appropriateOffice Property, any customer of the Company or an Affiliate for who is a customer of the purpose of providing such customer with services or products competitive with those offered Company at any time during Executive's employment by the Company or an Affiliate during the Executive’s employment with the Company or an AffiliateCompany.
