Common use of Normal Course of Business Clause in Contracts

Normal Course of Business. Each of the Partnership and the Company shall have operated its business in the normal course prior to Closing, including without limitation the continuation by the Partnership of budgeted capital improvements, and shall have continued to market the Cellular System's services in the normal course of business and in accordance with past practices.
