Common use of Normal provision of information Clause in Contracts

Normal provision of information. Nothing in this clause 13 prevents a party from: (a) providing information required to be provided by law, any court of competent jurisdiction, any Government Agency or the NZX Listing Rules or in connection with investor presentations or roadshows conducted in a manner consistent with the Company’s usual investor relations practice; or (b) making presentations to, and responding to bona fide enquiries from, stockbrokers, portfolio investors and equity market analysts in relation to the promotion of the Scheme or in accordance with its usual investor relations practices.
