Common use of Normal Service Clause in Contracts

Normal Service. NORMAL SERVICE is energy consumed during WORKING HOURS as defined in Article 6 whose power demands do not exceed 5 watt▇ ▇▇▇ square foot of the Demised Premises per WORKING HOUR ("TENANT'S ALLOWABLE USE"). Of this amount, two watt▇ ▇▇▇ allocated to Landlord supplied lighting and three watt▇ ▇▇▇ allocated for Tenant's usual office equipment.
