Common use of Normal Service Clause in Contracts

Normal Service. NORMAL SERVICE is energy consumed during WORKING HOURS as defined in Paragraph 44 whose power demands for electricity based upon connected load do not exceed 4 ▇▇▇▇▇ per rentable square foot of the Demised Premises during WORKING HOURS ("TENANT'S ALLOWABLE USE"). Of this amount, two ▇▇▇▇▇ are allocated to Landlord supplied lighting and two ▇▇▇▇▇ are allocated for Tenant's usual office equipment. If Landlord shall, in its sole discretion, allow Tenant to change the WORKING HOURS, then, the charge for such change shall be $100.00 per zone.
