Normal Work Week. The normal work week shall be no more than consist of forty (40) hours per week. The Employer reserves the right to modify the workweek within a seven (7) day period or workday or institute eight eighty (8) and eighty80) hours within a fourteen (14) day period.

The Employer Operator reserves the right to modify the workweek or workday for some or all workers at its sole discretion. The recitation of a normal workweek or workday shall not imply a guarantee of any number of hours in a workweek or a workday.
