Not Assign or Sublet. 1) Not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent which will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Where the Landlord grants consent this may be subject to reasonable conditions and the Tenant will be liable for the reasonable fees and expenses incurred by the Landlord in granting such consent or arranging such assignment.
