Not Change Exterior Architecture. Change (whether by alteration, replacement, rebuilding or otherwise) the exterior color and/or architectural treatment of the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

Not Change Exterior Architecture. Change (whether by alteration, replacement, rebuilding or otherwise) the exterior color and/or architectural treatment of the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. If Tenant changes the exterior of the Premises during the Term or any extension, Tenant must, unless notified by the Landlord to the contrary, return the exterior to its original state prior to vacating the Premises.
