Not Discriminatory. The Employer agrees that it will exercise the foregoing functions set out in Article 2.01 in good faith and in a reasonable manner consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, and a claim that the Employer has exercised its rights in a manner inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Agreement, may be the subject of a grievance.
