Seller has not received any notice of default and, to the knowledge of any of its officers or directors, is not in default under: (a) Any order, writ, injunction, or decree of any court or any commission or other administrative agency. (b) Any Agreement or obligation to which it is a party or by which it is bound or to which it may be subject.
