Common use of Not Liable Clause in Contracts

We are not liable for any indirect, economic, special or consequential loss or damage of any nature, including, without limitation, any loss of business or revenue, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, anticipated savings or expenses, in connection with or arising out of this Agreement or the supply of the Equipment or Carriage.
