Common use of Not to Clause in Contracts

Not to. (a) organise or permit any gambling upon the Property; (b) permit the sale or consumption of tobacco or tobacco related products; or (c) use the Property for any illegal purposes nor for any purpose or in a manner that would or is likely to cause loss, damage, injury, nuisance or inconvenience to the Landlord or the owners or occupiers of any neighbouring property.
