Common use of Notation on Notes Clause in Contracts

Notation on Notes. Pursuant to Section 8.05 of the Original Indenture, the Trustee is authorized and instructed to make the appropriate notations on the Notes on the Operative Date to conform Paragraph 15 of the Notes to the text of such paragraph as set forth in Attachment A hereto.
