Common use of Note Certificates Clause in Contracts

Note Certificates. The Series 2023-1 (A2) Notes will initially be represented by Global Note Certificates in the form contained in Schedule 2 to the Note Trust Deed. Interests in the Global Note Certificates shall be exchangeable, in accordance with their terms for Individual Note Certificates in the form contained in Schedule 3 to the Note Trust Deed.
