Note Certificates. 12.9.1 Any Note which is redeemed or any Note which is purchased and surrendered for cancellation by the Issuer or any of its Affiliates shall be cancelled and may not be reissued or resold. 12.9.2 Following any redemption of Notes in full pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, the Subscriber of any Notes which have been redeemed in full, shall return the Note Certificates in relation to such Notes to the Issuer and the Issuer will update the Register accordingly.
