Note Provisions Control. For the avoidance of doubt, to the extent of any conflicts or inconsistencies, this Section 11(B) will apply to the Note in lieu of Section 5.2 of the Indenture, and such Section 5.2 of the Indenture will be deemed to be replaced with this Section 11(B) to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency, mutatis mutandis, and any provisions of Section 5.2 of the Indenture not specifically addressed or amended by this Section 11(B) shall continue to apply and control.
