Common use of Note Purchase Agreement Amendments Clause in Contracts

Note Purchase Agreement Amendments. The Agent shall have received duly executed copies of amendments to the 2003 Note Purchase Agreement and the 2005 Note Purchase Agreement, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

The Agent shall have received duly executed copies of amendments to the 1996 Note Purchase Agreement (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) and the 2003 Note Purchase Agreement and (as defined in the 2005 Note Purchase Intercreditor Agreement), in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
