Common use of Note Rating Agencies Clause in Contracts

Note Rating Agencies. To the extent, if any, that the rating provided with respect to the Notes by the rating agency or rating agencies rating the Notes (each, a “Note Rating Agency”) is conditional upon the furnishing of documents or the taking of any other reasonable action by the Bank or the Issuing Entity agreed upon on or prior to the Closing Date, the Bank or the Issuing Entity, as applicable, shall furnish such documents and take any such other reasonable action.
