Common use of Notes Held by Issuer Clause in Contracts

Notes Held by Issuer. The Issuer shall send to the Trustee forthwith upon being so requested in writing by the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate setting out the total number of Notes which at the date of such certificate are held by or for the benefit of the Issuer or any Affiliate of the Issuer.

Notes Held by Issuer. The Issuer shall send to the Trustee forthwith upon Trustee, as soon as is practicable after being so requested in writing by the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate setting out Trustee, a certificate of the total Issuer, signed by a director, stating the number of the relevant Notes which beneficially held at the date of such certificate are held by or for the benefit of the Issuer or any Affiliate on behalf of the Issuer.
