Nothing in Clauses 16. 6 to 16.14 obliges the Sellers to cure (or procure the cure of) a Material Adverse Change, irrespective of whether it is reasonably likely that the Material Adverse Change could be cured (including by the payment of money) or could otherwise cease to exist on or before the Cure Date.
