Common use of Nothing in Section 10 Clause in Contracts

Nothing in Section 10. 1.1 shall affect or limit any claims, remedies, or other actions the Indemnifying Party may have against the Indemnified Party under this Agreement, any other contract, any applicable Tariff(s) (including, but not limited to, to the extent applicable, VERIZON Tariffs Pa. P.U.C. Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 9, or F.C.C. Nos. 14, 16, 17 or 20, or SPRINT Tariffs Pa. P.U.C. Nos. 2, 3 or 4, or F.C.C. No. 13), or Applicable Law, relating to the Indemnified Party’s provision of services, facilities or arrangements to the Indemnifying Party under this Agreement.
