Nothing in this Section 8. 08 shall affect the right of any Borrower, the Agent, any Local Currency Agent, the Japan Local Currency Agent, any Bank, any Local Currency Bank or any Japan Local Currency Bank to serve legal process in any other manner permitted by law.
