Notice and Orders Clause Samples
The "Notice and Orders" clause establishes the procedures and requirements for how formal communications, instructions, or directives must be delivered between parties under an agreement. Typically, it specifies acceptable methods of delivery—such as email, registered mail, or in-person delivery—and may set timeframes for when notices are considered received. This clause ensures that all parties are properly informed of important developments or obligations, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and providing a clear record of communications.
