Common use of Notice and Service Thereof Clause in Contracts

Notice and Service Thereof. 1.5.1 Any notice from one party to the other or otherwise under the Contract Documents shall be in writing and shall be dated and signed by the party giving notice or by a duly authorized representative of that party.
