The applicable Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing or Notice of BA Borrowing as required under Section 2.4, 2.6 or 2.7 or in the case of the Issuance of any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.2.
