Notice, Application. The notice given of any prepayment shall specify the date and amount of the prepayment. If the notice of prepayment is given, the Company shall make such prepayment and the prepayment amount specified in such notice shall be due and payable on the date specified therein, with accrued interest to such date on the amount prepaid. Partial prepayments of the Loans shall be applied to the installments of principal thereof as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
