Notice, Application. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Committed Borrowing or the Applicable Swing Line Lender shall have received notice from the applicable Swing Line Borrower of a Swing Line Loan or the L/C Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.2 (in the case of any Issuance of a Letter of Credit).
