Common use of Notice by the Tenant Clause in Contracts

Notice by the Tenant. The Tenant, as soon as it becomes aware, will notify the Landlord of any damage to, or deficiency or defect in any part of, the Building, including the Leased Premises, any equipment or utility systems, or any installations located therein, notwithstanding that the Landlord may have no obligation in connection therewith.
