Common use of Notice for Technological Change Clause in Contracts

Notice for Technological Change. This subclause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the employer for reasons arising from "technology" in accordance subclause 40.1(a) of Clause 40, Introduction of Change: (i) In order to terminate the employment of an employee the employer shall give to the employee three months notice of termination. (ii) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955, or any Act amending or replacing the Act and Clause 22, Annual Leave and Public Holidays.

(iii) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, or any Act amending or replacing the Act and Clause 22, 24 Annual Leave and Public Holidays.

This subclause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the employer Company for reasons arising from "technology" in accordance with subclause 40.1(a24. 2.1(a) of Clause 40, Introduction of Changeabove: (ia) In order to terminate the employment of an employee the employer Company shall give to the employee three 3 months notice of termination. (iib) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iiic) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the employer Company for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act Act, 1955, the Annual Holidays Act, 1944, or any Act amending or replacing the Act and Clause 22, Annual Leave and Public Holidayseither of these Acts.

This subclause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the employer for reasons arising from "technology" in accordance with subclause 40.1(a(ii)(a)(B) of Clause 40, Introduction of Changethis clause: (i) In order to terminate the employment of an employee the employer shall give to the employee three 3 months notice of termination. (ii) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 19551976, the Annual Holidays Act 1973, or any other Act amending or replacing the Act and Clause 22, Annual Leave and Public Holidayseither of these Acts.

This subclause sub-clause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the employer for reasons arising from "technology" in accordance subclause 40.1(asubparagraph 42.1 (i) of Clause 40, Introduction of Change:(a): (ia) In order to terminate the employment of an employee the employer shall give to the employee three months (3) months’ notice of termination. (iib) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iiic) The period of notice required by this subclause sub-clause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955, or any Act amending or replacing the Act and Clause 22, Annual Leave and Public Holidays.

This subclause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the employer Employer for reasons arising from "technology" in accordance subclause 40.1(a) with paragraph 37.2.1.1 of Clause 40, Introduction of Changethis Agreement: (i) 37.4.2.1 In order to terminate the employment of an employee Employee the employer Employer shall give to the employee three Employee 3 months notice of termination. (ii) 37.4.2.2 Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii) 37.4.2.3 The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the employer Employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act Act, 1955, the Annual ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, or any Act amending or replacing the Act and Clause 22, Annual Leave and Public Holidayseither of these Acts.

(ii2) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided that employment may be terminated by part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iii3) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the employer Employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act Act, 1955, the Annual ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, or any Act amending or replacing the Act and Clause 22, Annual Leave and Public Holidayseither of these Acts.

(iiic) The period of notice required by this subclause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the employer Employer for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Annual Holidays ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, or any Act amending or replacing the Act and Clause 22, Annual Leave and Public Holidayseither of these Acts.

(ia) In order to terminate the employment of an employee employee, the employer company shall give to the employee three 3 months notice of termination. (iib) Payment in lieu of the notice above shall be made if the appropriate notice period is not given. Provided , provided that employment may be terminated by a part of the period of notice specified and part payment in lieu thereof. (iiic) The period of notice required by this subclause sub-clause to be given shall be deemed to be service with the employer company for the purposes of the Long Service Leave Act 1955▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Annual Holidays ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, or any Act amending or replacing the Act and Clause 22, Annual Leave and Public Holidayseither of these Acts.
