Notice from One Party to the Other. All notices required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly served if mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed, if to Tenant, at the Original Address of Tenant or such other address as Tenant shall have last designated by notice in writing to Landlord and, if to Landlord, at the Original Address of Landlord or such other address as Landlord shall have last designated by notice in writing to Tenant. If requested, Tenant shall send copies of all such notices in like manner to Landlord’s mortgagees and any other persons having an interest in the Premises and designated by Landlord. Any notice so addressed shall be deemed duly served on the second (2nd) business day following the day of mailing if so mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, whether or not accepted.
