Any notice from LANDLORD to TENANT or from TENANT to LANDLORD shall be deemed duly served if mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed, if to TENANT, Commerce Bank/Shore ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇.,▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ or such other address as TENANT shall have last designated by notice in writing to LANDLORD, and if to LANDLORD, at the original address of LANDLORD or such other address as LANDLORD shall have last designated by notice in writing to TENANT.
