Common use of Notice List Clause in Contracts

Notice List. Within ten (10) days of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Defendant will update the Settlement Class List attached as Exhibit D hereto to include the last known U.S. postal addresses, to the extent available, belonging to the Settlement Class Members. The list will be provided to the Settlement Claims Administrator, with a copy to Class Counsel.

Notice List. The list foregoing address information will be provided to the Settlement Claims AdministratorAdministrator only, with a copy confidentially, and will not be provided to Class Counsel. The list provided to the Settlement Administrator by Defendants shall be used only for purposes of this Settlement.
