Notice of Amendment to Holders of ADSs. As notice of the amendment to Section 6.2 of the Deposit Agreement and paragraph 23 of the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and in each of the ADRs issued and outstanding under the terms of the Deposit Agreement has been sent to the Holders of ADSs prior to the date hereof, the Depositary is directed not to send notices of this Amendment to the Holders.
