Notice of Amendment to Holders of ADSs. As notice of the deregistration, including notice of this Amendment to reflect the deregistration and termination of reporting obligations under the Exchange Act in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Deposit Agreement, has been sent to the Holders of ADSs prior to the date hereof, the Depositary is directed that there is no requirement to send any further notices of this Amendment to the Holders. The notice of deregistration sent to Holders of ADSs is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

As notice of the deregistration, including notice of this Amendment to reflect the deregistration and termination of reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 in accordance with Section 6.1 6.01 of the Deposit Agreement, has been sent to the Holders of ADSs prior to the date hereof, the Depositary is directed that there is no requirement to send any further notices of this Amendment to the Holders. The notice of deregistration sent to Holders of ADSs is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
