Notice of and Compliance with Testing Procedures. (a) The Concessionaire shall give the Grantor not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior written notice of any testing or Commissioning in accordance with this Article 7 and the Grantor shall be entitled to be present and observe any such testing and Commissioning to verify that the testing or Commissioning is performed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement. (b) The Grantor may Dispute the results of any tests or Commissioning not carried out in accordance with this Article 7 and Schedule 7.
