Notice of any change. Each Seller shall immediately notify the Purchaser of any matter or thing which arises or becomes known to him/her before Completion which constitutes (or would after the lapse of time constitute) a misrepresentation or a breach of any of the Warranties or the undertakings or other obligations on the part of any Seller under this agreement.
