Lessor shall cause all policies it is required to obtain under the terms of this Lease to contain a provision that the County is to receive written notification of any cancellation or reduction in coverage at least thirty days prior to the effective date of such cancellation or reduction. Any such notification is to be sent to the County in accordance with Section 29 - Notices.
