Notice of Change in Use. Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that Covered Entity has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. §164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of PHI. 8887 With limited exceptions, covered entity must act on an individual’s request for an accounting of disclosures no later than 60 days after the receipt of such a request and is allowed one 30-day extension under certain conditions. 45 C.F.R. § 164.528(c).
