NOTICE OF CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP. The Authorised Reseller shall, promptly upon having knowledge thereof, notify Expo in writing of the occurrence of any event described in Clause 21.3 relating to changes in ownership of the Authorised Reseller or of the occurrence of any event which may undermine the Authorised Reseller’s ability to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement.
