Notice of Changing Hours/Shifts. (a) Stramit’s normal hours of work may be varied by agreement between Stramit and individual Employees, or between Stramit and a majority of Employees in a work group at the Erskine Park site, subject to Stramit’s operational or business requirements. (b) However, individuals may be moved to another team and/or shift at Stramit's discretion in accordance with labour requirements. (c) Stramit will consider any views provided by employees regarding the proposed changes (d) If changes are required, Stramit will seek suitably skilled volunteers in the first instance. (e) Should no volunteers be available, Stramit will make a decision based on skills required, and having considered any views provided in line with clause 18.2(c) and, (f) Stramit will give reasonable notice of up to fourteen (14) days to Employees as to shift / time changes.
