Common use of Notice of Charge and Assignment and Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Notice of Charge and Assignment and Acknowledgement. The Swap Collateral Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of a notice of charge and assignment signed by the Issuer, in the form of notice set out in Part 1 (Notice of Charge and Assignment) of Schedule 2 (Form of Notices) hereto, the Swap Collateral Account Bank shall sign and duly return to the Issuer, with a copy to the Security Trustee, an acknowledgement in (or substantially in) the form of acknowledgement set out in Part 2 (Acknowledgement of Notice of Charge and Assignment) of Schedule 2 (Form of Notices) hereto.
