Notice of Common Stock Change Event. The Company will provide notice of each Common Stock Change Event to Holders no later than the second (2nd) Business Day after the effective date of the Common Stock Change Event.
Notice of Common Stock Change Event. The Company will provide notices of each Common Stock Change Event to Holders (and, if such information constitutes material non-public information under U.S. federal securities laws, either concurrently with or after Public Announcement of the same information) no later than (A) twenty (20) Business Days prior to the anticipated effective date of any Common Stock Change Event and (B) the second (2nd) Business Day after the effective date of the Common Stock Change Event, together with a description of the kind and amount of the cash, securities or other property that constitutes the Reference Property.
