Notice of Completion of the Draft TEIR. (a) Within no less than thirty (30) days following receipt of the Notice of Preparation by the State Clearinghouse and the County, the Tribe shall file a copy of the draft TEIR and a Notice of Completion with the State Clearinghouse, the County, the local city (if any) within which the Project is located, and the California Department of Justice. The Notice of Completion shall include all of the following information: (i) A brief description of the Project; (ii) The proposed location of the Project; (iii) An address where copies of the draft TEIR are available; and (iv) Notice of a period of forty-five (45) days during which the Tribe may receive comments on the draft TEIR. (b) The Tribe will submit forty-five (45) copies of the draft TEIR and Notice of Completion to the County, which will be asked to serve in a timely manner the Notice of Completion to all Interested Persons and asked to post public notice of the draft TEIR at the Office of the County Board of Supervisors and to furnish the public notice at the public libraries serving the County. In addition, the Tribe will provide public notice by at least one of the procedures below: (i) Publication of the Notice of Completion at least one time by the Tribe in a newspaper of general circulation in the area affected by the Project. If more than one area is affected, the notice shall be published in the newspaper of largest circulation from among the newspapers of general circulation in those areas; or (ii) Direct mailing by the Tribe of the Notice of Completion to the owners and occupants of property adjacent to, but outside, the Indian lands on which the Project is to be located. Owners of such property shall be identified as shown on the latest equalization assessment roll.

  • INSPECTION, ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION a. Contractor and its subcontractors will provide and maintain a quality assurance system acceptable to HACSB covering goods and services under this Agreement and will tender to HACSB only those goods that have been inspected and found to conform to the requirements of this Agreement. Contractor will keep records evidencing inspections and their result, and will make these records available to HACSB during performance of the Work and for three years after final payment. Contractor shall permit HACSB to review procedures, practices, processes and related documents to determine the acceptability of Contractor’s quality assurance system or other business practices related to performance of the Work. b. All goods may be subject to inspection and test by HACSB or its authorized representatives. c. Contractor and its subcontractors shall provide all reasonable facilities for the safety and convenience of inspectors at no additional cost to HACSB. Contractor shall furnish to inspectors all information and data as may be reasonably required to perform their inspection. d. All goods to be delivered hereunder may be subject to final inspection, test and acceptance by HACSB at destination, notwithstanding any payment or inspection at source. e. HACSB shall give written notice of rejection of goods delivered or services performed hereunder within a reasonable time after receipt of such goods or performance of such services. Such notice of rejection will state the respects in which the goods do not substantially conform to their specifications. If HACSB does not provide such notice of rejection within thirty (30) days, unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work, of delivery, such goods and services will be deemed to have been accepted. Acceptance by HACSB will be final and irreversible, except as it relates to latent defects, fraud, and gross mistakes amounting to fraud. Acceptance shall not be construed to waive any warranty rights that HACSB might have at law or by express reservation in this Agreement with respect to any nonconformity.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.
